Lewi Structure Clf2 Ion

In full Jaraíz municipal de la Vera, held today at 20:00, has approved the transfer of some land in the meadow boyal, including shelter, owned by the City Council's Jaraíz Vera, therefore public land for use and enjoyment of the Brotherhood of Our Lady of Salobrar, celebrating their pilgrimage there every year for the festivities.
I am the brother of the fraternity, and my relationship with the church has always been pretty intense, but I understand that in a secular country is clearly an aberration lease public lands to a religious denomination.
The use and enjoyment of the pasture is all jaraiceños, regardless of religion that process. What I think it would have been more logical to realize the Council's commitment that every year during the festival of the patron saint of the town that land use would the brotherhood of Our Lady of Salobrar, but in any case I believe that prolonged use is consistent over time and continuing throughout the year. Nor is it acceptable for the next decade using the brotherhood of land outside the City Council to bear the costs of cleaning and adjustment, in addition to that before the full City Council decided its position on this issue had already been misusing of such properties. It is for the shelter of the Monk, that instead of being an open space with freedom of entry and had always been, has become a space renovated but closed in tight as if it were a house, preventing public use of the same except for brotherhood.
understand that decisions taken by the full City Council prevail Vera Jaraíz of some citizens over others, allowing the use of public space depending on the religious condition you have. In addition the legislation provides that a prolonged and continuous use of an asset may generate a right of ownership by that person or institution that enjoys the award. What would legalize irretrievably a social injustice.
Despite my status as a practicing Catholic I have to admit that the resolution adopted by the full City Council Jaraíz of Vera seems to me an attempt on the equality of all citizens in the access to public services and believe that clashes sharply with the principle of Establishment Clause of the State and may be grounds for legal action.
Those who have the majority support in order to govern must do so with neutrality, regardless of their personal religious or social pressures, and of course to be fair to all citizens who contribute on an equal footing. It is not acceptable to treat some people differently than others.
